File 3 contains 51 b&w photos, 3 b&w contact sheets, 1 col. photo, and 5 sepia negatives. File 4 includes an envelope with 3 photos and two plan drawings for Meadowvale Court. Tubes include mylar and sepia drawings, presentation drawings, and project description files for Belaire townhouses (Homeco), Meadowvale Court phase 2, Meadowvale Coachford Way/neighbourghood 5, and Meadowvale West-Eastridge Road. Drawings include grading and planting plans, site development, mapping, entrance identification, and various street plans and profiles (1970).
